Welcome Joe LoGrasso!
Joe begins his ministry on Wednesday nights through the end of August. He finishes up an internship at First Baptist Weston at the end of August allowing him to join us on Sundays as well in September.
Welcome Joe and be in prayer for his ministry as he leads our students.

You Don’t Know What You are Missing John 3:19-21
I love amusement parks, especially the ones with the best roller coasters. Enjoying the thrills of a roller coaster with close friends and family is an amazing experience. However, its been awhile since I’ve personally been strapped into a thrill ride. I have heard about the awesome experiences of others and I can still remember what it’s like.
Life can be like that. The experiences of others and memories of past thrills become poor substitutes for actual encounters. We would say that we know what we are missing but the truth is he have forgotten, the experience has sufficiently faded to prevent it from motivating us to re-experience it.
Jesus came into the world as the light. Without Him nothing can be adequately perceived. Imagine choosing to be blind when sight is available. That’s what it’s like to walk in darkness. Someone blind from birth cannot fathom light and color.
Don’t miss the light Jesus provides. Are your deeds ready for the light? Jesus came to bring all of us into the colorful world of His light. Often we forget the thrill of being in the light and drift into darkness. Ask Jesus to cast His light into your life agree to let Him clean things up. Resist the urge to hide your life from the light of Jesus.
Go back to the amusement park. The thrill of the roller coaster awaits.
